Singing Lessons
I learnt to sing as a chorister at Chichester Cathedral and continued my journey through playing in pubs and clubs across the south coast of England.
Now, I continue my singing journey across the country and the world. I believe everyone has a voice; they just need to find it and learn how to use it. Whatever level you are, I can help.
From starting out to making touring a reality, I’ve faced many challenges, including performing seven two-hour shows over five days in South Korea. I’ve learned a lot from these experiences, especially from working with talented people.
I continue to learn about how emotion, alcohol, adrenaline, and lifestyle affect the voice and have strategies to handle these challenges.
Piano Lessons
I’m mainly self-taught with a classical background and found traditional piano lessons frustrating. At about age 12, I discovered jazz piano, which brought musical freedom.
Now, my son is having classical piano lessons, and I’m inspired by his progress. This is how I like to teach—what you want to play and how to enjoy the journey.
My focus is on helping you play what you want and reach your goals, whether it’s joining a band, improving singing and playing together, or learning to program music.
My studio has three pianos (two Nords and a Yamaha upright), all permanently set up for recording. Lessons are tailored to what works best for you, with notes, backing tracks, and recordings to make learning easier and more fun.
